In an effort to keep the residents of Valley Cottage informed about activities that affect our Hamlet the Civic Association will keep you updated through this website and supply as much information as possible about ongoing projects.  
Currently you will find information about the Hamlet Green pocket park slated for construction on the corner of New Lake Road and Old Lake Road.  Tilcon has several projects and we have pictures detailing the latest news about them. One of these projects involves the historic Storm Tavern Renovation. 
Rockland County is undertaking an overall noise reduction project at all the railroad crossings in the county.
